These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stevie Coupon mobile app, website, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Stevie Coupon ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Stevie Coupon lists promotional offers ("deals") from local businesses on the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast, including Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Destin, Panama City, and Panama City Beach. Deals are provided by participating businesses; we are a platform that displays them and do not sell the goods or services offered.

2. Redeeming deals

Stevie Coupon has no scanning and no staff app. To redeem a deal you tap Redeem to bring up a full-screen coupon in the app and show that screen to the business's staff, who apply the deal by hand. Each deal is subject to the terms, expiration, and any limits set by the business offering it. Offers come from participating businesses and may change, sell out, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. We are not responsible for a business's refusal to honor a deal, the quality of any goods or services, or any dealings between you and a business.

3. No accounts

Stevie Coupon has no accounts, no sign-in, no phone number, and no password. The app generates a random device identifier on your device so it can remember the businesses you've saved and the coupons you've been issued — see our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for keeping your own device secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to defraud businesses, redeeming deals you are not entitled to, scraping or copying content, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it to violate any law.

5. Businesses

If you list a business or offer with us, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that your listing is accurate and lawful. You are responsible for honoring the deals you publish and for complying with all applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and content (other than business-supplied content), is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that deals will be available, accurate, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from any dealing with a business.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
